The process in master data governance is based on workflow and it includes various approval and revision steps between all the users that take part in the master data governance process. Work items used in the parallel structured workflow enable the approval process to take place in the same department or between different departments. This process is managed through rule-based decision tables and makes up the structure offered for some users’ approval. Thanks to this dynamic structure, the departments can continue their operations without having to wait on one another.
