OUR new solution

SAP MDG Workflow E-Mail Notification Framework

Turn workflow events into targeted email notifications—keeping responsible users and stakeholders informed throughout the SAP MDG change request process.

From workflow event to targeted notification

When a change request passes through several teams and approval steps, keeping everyone informed can require repeated manual follow-up. Workflow Notifications sends targeted emails when a work item reaches its responsible users or when a change request is completed. The solution applies configured recipients, templates, and languages to provide relevant request details, a direct link, and supporting attachments where needed.

How It Works

See The Solution In Action

When a change request reaches a configured workflow step, the responsible users receive an email with request details and a direct link to the change request.
When the change request is completed, the requester and selected stakeholders receive an email  with request details.
Documents attached to the change request can also be sent as email attachments, keeping supporting information together with the request details.
The notification is delivered in the recipient’s language, using the corresponding email template content.
